Learn any subject through comprehensive argument cards

Explore claims and counter-claims on any topic with all supporting data at your fingertips. Compare perspectives, dive deep into evidence, and understand complex issues in just a few clicks.

What is AgoraGlob?

A collaborative platform for building comprehensive argument cards on any subject. Each card presents claims, counter-claims, evidence, and data in a structured, easy-to-navigate format.

  • Structured debates with clear argument mapping
  • Comprehensive data and sources for every claim
  • Easy comparison of different perspectives
  • Community-driven knowledge building

Our Mission

AgoraGlob is a digital "agora" (public space for debate) designed to transform how we explore complex topics. Instead of endless comment threads and fragmented discussions, we build comprehensive argument cards that anyone can contribute to and learn from.

Our Main Goal

Create a platform that allows healthy access to contradiction when relevant. We believe understanding different perspectives, even conflicting ones, is essential for informed decision-making and intellectual growth. AgoraGlob makes contradictions visible, structured, and accessible—not hidden or suppressed.

Whether you want to understand climate change, economic policies, scientific controversies, or philosophical questions, AgoraGlob helps you:

  • Build argument cards – Structure claims with supporting evidence and sources
  • See counter-claims – Every perspective gets equal visibility, not buried in replies
  • Explore data – Access all supporting information, studies, and sources in one place
  • Compare perspectives – Side-by-side comparison of different arguments
  • Learn efficiently – Understand complex topics through structured, visual argument maps

Note: All features are not fixed and will evolve based on internal testing and user feedback. We're building AgoraGlob iteratively, learning from real usage, and adapting the platform to best serve the goal of healthy, structured access to contradictory perspectives.

See It In Action

Here's a realistic preview of how an argument card will look and function. Each side presents its "strong points"—the most impactful claims in the argument. All points can be disputed, and you decide their impact. This is neutrality through transparency:

Topic: Universal Basic Income

📊 18 arguments 👥 67 contributors 📚 42 sources
Example

Perspective A

Strong points

UBI should be implemented to address economic inequality and automation.

💡
Reduces poverty and inequality High Impact
Direct cash transfer addresses immediate needs Most frequently cited argument in UBI debates Disputable
🤖
Prepares for automation impact Moderate Impact
Provides safety net as jobs are automated Important in future-oriented policy discussions Disputable
📈
Stimulates local economies Moderate Impact
Pilot studies show increased spending in communities Supporting argument based on experimental evidence Disputable
vs

Perspective B

Strong points

UBI is economically unsustainable and reduces work incentives.

💰
Fiscal burden too high High Impact
Requires significant tax increases or spending cuts Primary economic argument against UBI implementation Disputable
⚖️
May reduce labor participation High Impact
Some studies suggest work disincentive effects Central concern in economic policy debates Disputable
🎯
Targeted programs more efficient Moderate Impact
Existing welfare may better address specific needs Comparative efficiency argument in policy discussions Disputable

This is a realistic mockup. Actual cards will be fully interactive with clickable sources, expandable arguments, and real-time updates. Each "strong point" can be disputed, challenged, or expanded upon. You decide which points have the most impact on your understanding. This is neutrality through transparency—all information is available, no judgment is imposed.

How It Works

AgoraGlob makes learning about any subject intuitive and comprehensive. Here's what makes it powerful:

📋 Comprehensive Argument Cards

Each topic gets a structured card with clear claims, counter-claims, and supporting evidence. No more hunting through threads—everything is organized and accessible.

⚖️ Claims & Counter-Claims

Every argument is presented alongside its counter-arguments. See both sides of any issue with equal prominence, making balanced understanding easier.

📊 Data at Your Fingertips

Every claim links to its supporting data, studies, sources, and evidence. Click through to explore the research, verify claims, and dive deeper into any topic.

🔍 Easy Comparison

Compare different perspectives side-by-side. See how arguments relate, where they agree, and where they diverge—all in a visual, easy-to-navigate format.

🌐 Community-Driven

Anyone can participate. Contribute claims, add counter-arguments, provide sources, and help build comprehensive knowledge cards on any subject.

🎯 Learn in Minutes

Understand complex topics quickly. Instead of reading hours of debate threads, get a structured overview with all the key arguments and evidence in just a few clicks.
